Job Opportunity : Inside Sales Representative

A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for an Inside Sales Representative .

About the Company : They offer trusted locksmith services for residential, commercial, and automotive needs, prioritizing reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and close deals.
• Provide accurate product information and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and sales documents accurately, coordinating shipping arrangements.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Assist with warehouse tasks : Receive and inspect inventory. Pack and prepare orders. Maintain a clean warehouse. Conduct inventory counts.

Operate equipment safely.

Provide phone coverage during receptionist breaks.

Requirements :

• Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills for building customer rapport.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8AM 4 : 30PM

Pay : $22 / hr.
